The complex is located next to the easternmost low parts of Stara Planina, near the main road St. Vlas - Elenite villa settlement and the Orthodox Church of St. Vlasius. The Centaur complex is only a 4-minute walk from the central beach of Sveti Vlas, and the area provides excellent opportunities for sunbathing, swimming and practicing various water sports, spa treatments and fishing.

The Centaur complex consists of one small five-story building with an elevator. The views from the apartments are to Stara Planina and the sea, as well as to Saint Vlas.
