Inspection Trips

There is no better way to get an understanding of the region or property you want to invest in or move to than through one of our inspection trips. The trip will allow you to discover the area for yourself and also meet essential contacts which you will require at some point throughout your purchase.

Our inspection visits are tailor made to your needs and we usually recommend 3-4 days to allow time to view all the properties which may be of interest to you. On arriving at the airport of your chosen destination, you will be met by the local consultants and taken to your place of accommodation, hotel or aparthotel no lower that 3***.

If you are new to the area, then you can request to have a small tour of the area and surroundings to get a feel for it. Following that, our consultants would have prepared a portfolio of properties from your criteria. Our consultants are experienced and will be more than happy to answer all your questions. If you have found a property you are interested in purchasing then you will be introduced to local professionals to assist you in your purchase including solicitors, financial advisors and management companies.

We offer two options for inspection trips:

  • Fully Arranged - We will arrange every part of your inspection trips including flights & accommodation.
  • Appointment based - You arrange your own trip and simply make an appointment to view properties with us
  • If you purchased through us, we refund you a price for your accommodation /not more 2-3 nights/, also your transfers with our consultants are free.
